Beech flooring salvaged from office buildings in Edinburgh. Beech is a durable hardwood with a light colour tone and varied grain pattern. It is suitable for both domestic and commercial use. This particular batch had an industrial carpet laid on top, however as you can see from the images we have removed the glue/screed and most of the old varnish using angle grinders. This will make sanding and finishing much easier! The images show the boards in their salvaged condition (after carpet screed removal) and after sanding with an Osmo Polyx Original Oil finish in a matt sheen.
