Iroko Flooring

Ref. - 1992

Iroko flooring salvaged from St Columba's High School in Dunfermline, Fife. Iroko is an African hardwood with a varied, light-to-dark brown colour tone. Often referred to as "African Teak", it is a durable timber and works well in areas with high moisture such as bathrooms due to its excellent rot resistance. It is suitable for both domestic and commercial use. These boards have white, black and red sports court markings on the face which can be removed through sanding. The images show the boards in their salvaged condition and also the Iroko in our showroom which has been sanded and varnished.
